DENIMS maintains the internet portal www.denims.lk, an online arm of the retail fashion store. Customers will be offered products through www.denims.lk to customers who are end users of legal age to purchase online.
As part of the registration, as a customer you will be asked to submit information of personal nature. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration to your nominated e-mail address. To facilitate access to the online service on denims.lk you will receive a password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
All information received by us are treated as private and confidential adhering to legal regulations. To safeguard your privacy when placing orders through our portal we have ensured high security encryption techniques.
Once successfully logged in to your customer profile within our portal through secure log-in, you will be able to access your recently shipped and/or completed orders. In this area you can also change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.

3.Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the SRI LANKA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with DENIMS you must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. DENIMS retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be DENIMS or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party DENIMS is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
4.DELIVERY & RETURN
For orders placed via www.denims.lk; the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. The price stated is inclusive of all taxes applicable at the time.
Payments can be made via the online portal by selecting cash on delivery or via approved card payment options.
We usually deliver within 1-6 working days of placement of the order, subject to the delivery location. For orders with multiple items and varying order times, longer delivery times may apply subject to the delivery location.
Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you while making the order. It is your responsibility to see that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from denims.lk. You can return – any item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of the item purchased. Items can be exchanged at any DENIMS outlet.
In the event you received a defective product, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and the item will be exchanged after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than 1 week after pickup was initiated for the first time, the exchange request will be cancelled. Returns can be made hassle free through the same courier partner who delivered the product across to you.
Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
Please ensure that you pack your items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
Once your return is received by us, the exchange is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at email@example.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange for an order. Any reverse delivery charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer. Please note that delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
6. DATA SECURITY
As a part of your registration as a customer on denims.lk you will be asked to provide personal data. This is data is required by us to process the contracts concluded on www.denims.lk. All personal data is confidential and will be treated by us in accordance with relevant legal regulations. To safeguard your privacy in payment transactions done via denims.lk. we use the latest encryption techniques through our payment gateways. (if applicable at any time)
